/not signed... you need to be more careful, else just put a quest item infront or close the bag off.
When would it be enough?
"are you sure you wish to sell your e-peen?" - yes/no
"are you sure you were supposed to say yes to the previous question RE: your e-peen?" - yes/no
"are you sure you wish to say yes to confirm that you said you wished to sell your e-peen?" - yes/no
...
...
zzzzzz
you get the picture.

no sell is there already.
simply open the sell window and uncheck those big green checks over any bag/pouch/backpack you dont want to sell out of

nice idea but since about my 1st month of play ive been using a quest item to hide items behind. also delecting bags from the sell menu works.
good items to hide stuff behind are festival hats, common quest items you can easily replace.
when i 1st played i did sell a niceish gold weapon to the trader due to lag, after that...i learnt to be careful.

It's like getting a joke played on you.
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
Seriously, if you pay attention and hit storage first, and use the locked bag feature THAT'S ALREADY THERE!!!, you shouldn't be having problems....

I really don't think this is needed. There's already measures that you can go to to ensure your items don't get sold. Also, if you didn't spam the button, you wouldn't have a problem. There's been twice that I've sold something I wanted. Once on the very first day I played, I sold a weapon that was quite decent (it wasn't that great from memory, but bear in mind that this would have been in pre searing and I was a newb). The other time was when I lagged and clicked it twice before realising. So now, I pay more attention to what I'm selling, and I always wait for the item to be sold before moving on to the next one. Seriously, it takes all of a quarter of a second usually to sell it. I'm sure you can wait that long before hitting the sell button again.

I thought about this for a while
Although the unticking thing works, also the quest item thing too it would still be nice to have a warning before you sell stuff, like you get with armor
I accidentally sold a black dye to a merchant once..
Ouch ><

Just double click them instead mashing the 'Sell' button.

I've done it too XD being tired and merching = bad idea. I've double-clicked stuff at the merch trying to equip it when reaaalllly tired before XD that ended happily.

I would like to see this implemented, I currently use the quest/non-saleable item to block, but sometimes I need even that spot as storage space is getting more and more elusive,....maybe I'm just a hoarder
Still, I have in the past accidentally sold stuff I didn't want to (once a black dye, d'oh !!!).

Most people sell a good item to the merch, then think, I don't wanna do that again! So they take quest item/ticking measures. Why should this happen, just add the official block, does it hurt anyone?
